Sales Policy:
Prices displayed on our Website are the prices you will pay for each product at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Canadian currency.

Select Fine Art Materials is legally required to calculate taxes based on the address to which the order will be shipped to. Tax rates are determined by the respective governing bodies and not by Select Fine Art Materials.
Product Listings:
Select Fine Art Materials makes every effort to ensure accuracy in its product descriptions and accompanying images. Due to the volume of products offered, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Colours may differ slightly between the Website images and your display screen.
In the event that you receive a product that does not correspond with its online description, please contact us immediately.
Out-of-Stock Products:
Select Fine Art Materials does not guarantee product availability online. Out-of-stock products will not be made available for purchase nor will we accept backorders for out-of-stock products. We encourage you to return to our online shop at a later date or feel free to contact us for an estimated restocking time.
Payment:
Payment for online orders is accepted through the secure PayPal Payment Gateway. Payments can be made with a credit card or through a PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to process a credit card payment.
Select Fine Art Materials is not responsible for any payment issues that may arise using the PayPal Payment Gateway.
Refusing an Order:
Select Fine Art Materials reserves the right to refuse any order as a result of non-payment. If Select Fine Art Materials does not receive confirmation of payment at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to refuse the order regardless of whether you have received an order confirmation or not.
Shipping Risks:
Once an online order has been accepted and transferred to the shipping carrier, Select Fine Art Materials no longer assumes the risk of ownership, loss or damage. The customer assumes all risk once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Any shipping issues, through no error of Select Fine Art Materials, are to be resolved with the shipping carrier directly.

Your privacy and the security of your information is important to us. Select Fine Art Materials complies with SSL encryption standards, ensuring secure transmission of your payment transaction. No credit card information is stored on Select Fine Art Materials website.
